Service Provider = Urheiluhallit Oy (Urheiluhallit Oy, Mäkelänrinteen Uintikeskus Oy, Vuosaaren Urheilutalo Oy)
Customer contract terms are the terms of sale in the transaction between the Customer and the Service Provider. By making a payment for the services, the Customer accepts the Sales Terms and agrees to follow them. The contract is finalized when the Customer has made the payment, and the Service Provider has confirmed it. The Service Provider will inform the Customer about changes in the Terms and Conditions no later than one month before the changes take effect.
Use of the services requires registration (except for a per visit fee for swimming and gym). The purchased services are uploaded to a personal customer account, to which a customer card is attached. The customer card can be collected from hall customer service by showing a personal identification card. We process personal data in accordance with GDPR data protection legislation.
The customer card and the services it contains may not be handed over to someone else. Misuse will result in a temporary ban. If you want to transfer the purchased services to another person, please contact our customer service. N.B! Services paid for with exercise or other benefits cannot be transferred to another person.
The period of use of the services purchased is two years (730 days) from the date of purchase and the services must be fully used up during the validity period, including any breaks (6 -month cards). One visit means one group exercise class, gym or swimming session. The monthly services are valid as follows: 1 month = 30 days, 3 months = 90 days, 6 months = 180 days from first use. Swimming time is 2,5 h (in and out of the gates). N.B! Promotions and special offers may have different validity periods.
