The authentic Helsinki sports hall, located next to Brahe Sports Field, was established in 1962.
Street parking (Helsinginkatu, Kirstinkatu and Josafatinkatu).
One accessible parking space by the Helsinginkatu 25 main entrance.
From the Sörnäinen metro station, you can walk to the hall in about 10 minutes.
Trams 1, 3, 8 and 9 stop near the hall.
The Kallio gym is a true miracle of space, as despite its small size, it has been able to accommodate 25 machines. In this way, it enables versatile training for all customers.
Remember to take advantage of the swim bonus and go swimming and to the sauna after your workout.
Age limit for the gym is 15 years.
Group exercise classes are held in the group exercise hall (120 m²) on the 2nd floor.
Each of our classes is guided by a sports professional – making it easy and safe to start group exercise. Feel free to try different classes and find your own favorites among over 40 options!
Remember to take advantage of the swimming benefit and go to the sauna and swim after the group exercise class.
The Kallio sports hall is 741 m² in size and seats 1200 people, making it ideal for various competition and show events.
The most popular sports are badminton, handball, basketball, volleyball and floorball.

A network connection (Wi-Fi), digital display, projector and flipchart are available.
After the meeting, you can take advantage of the hall’s other services for a one-time fee.

You can visit our solarium for a one-visit fee or buy a ten-visit solarium card.
The solarium booking lasts a total of 30 minutes, and the solarium device can be used for a maximum of 20 minutes at a time.
