The OnTheMove app is a handy mobility tool and it’s always with you. Set up the app and you’ll always be up to date. The application can be downloaded for both Android and iPhone phones from the app store under the name OnTheMove (Enkora Oy).
Purchase the following services:
Pensioners and students
Pensioners: Pensioners can buy services at a discounted price at the hall’s customer service point, Urheiluhallit web store, and the OnTheMove mobile application, when the right to the discount has been proven at the hall’s customer service point and an entry about the online shopping opportunity has been added to the customer account. N.B! If we add a pensioner discount to a customer account for online transactions, our other promotional services at special prices must be purchased from the hall’s customer service point.
Students: The discount on the services can be obtained by presenting the student certificate at the hall’s customer service. At the same time, an online shopping opportunity can be added to the customer account based on the start and end dates of the study period marked on the certificate, in which case services can also be purchased at a discounted price in the Urheiluhallit web store and the OnTheMove mobile application. N.B! If we add a student discount to a customer account for online transactions, our other special priced services must be purchased from the hall customer service point.
1. Go to the urheiluhallit.fi website and create an account for yourself from the Login link.
N.B! If you already have an account, check your username and password so that you can log in to the application with them.
2. Download the OnTheMove app to your smartphone from your app store. Type “OnTheMove” in the app store search box, click on the search result and download the app to your phone. During commissioning, you log in to the system using the same ID you created on the website.
N.B! If your app store offers an app called “Urheiluhallit On The Move,” don’t download it. It’s an old app.
Also, see that the old application has been removed from your smartphone.
3. Open the application, accept the terms and conditions, add the email address you used when registering for Sports Halls.
4. You will receive a one-time code by email, which will be entered into the application (also check spam).
5. Open the app and first click “Urheiluhallit” on the home page.
6. Deploy the app and enjoy its easy-to-use services. In the bottom corner you can find your own products and classes, book group exercise classes, and buy services from the store.
7. By clicking on the three dots in the upper right corner, you can view your information, settings, notifications, and add your payment card details if you wish. The following payment options are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club or Amex debit cards.
