EXERCISE, RECREATION OR WORKPLACE WELLNESS DAY

Do your employees need a refreshing day of exercise or relaxation?

We design and organize employee wellness, exercise, and recreational days tailored to the preferences, size, and budget of your group. Your dream day will take place at our sports facilities in Helsinki. The day can include playful competitions, various sports tryouts, relaxation sessions, gym workouts, fitness assessments, and lectures. Additionally, you can order breakfast and lunch or other snacks and beverages for the day.

PRIVATE LESSONS

Choose the classes you prefer for your day. We offer a wide range of options, including muscle strength training, dance, martial arts, weight training and water exercise classes. Private lesson prices start from 265 € + VAT.

GYM TRAINING

Gym training can be done independently or we can provide a trainer to guide you in technique and give you tips for future training. The price of a guided gym session starts at 265 € + VAT.

BALL SPORTS AND TEAM SPIRIT

Your exercise day can also include a relaxed team play of Badminton, floorball, basketball, volleyball or futsal. Additionally, we offer badminton lessons. The best places to play ball sports during the day are in Kallio and Pasila.
WELLNESS LECTURES
Our services include expert lectures on exercise, nutrition and well-being. The lectures can be organized either at our Urheiluhallit locations or at your company facilities. Let us know your preferences and we will tailor the lecture to suit your group. Price 420 € + VAT (including meeting room rent if the lecture is held at our premises).

FITNESS TESTS

Fitness tests (UKK walk test, bicycle ergometer test, muscle strength tests and body composition analysis) give many people an incentive to improve their fitness and well-being. These tests can be incorporated into your workplace wellness day. They take place at our Mäkelänrinne, Pasila and Vuosaari locations. The price for a walking test, for example, is 15 € per person (in groups of at least 5 people). The UKK walking test is also suitable for larger groups.

MEETING ROOMS

You can have a meeting in one of our meeting rooms during your Workplace wellness day. We can also arrange lectures and inspirational art dives for your work group in our facilities. The meeting rooms can accommodate between 15 and 30 people. Catering can be ordered in advance from the cafeteria. The meeting room price is 44 € / hour.

RELAX IN THE SAUNA

A workplace wellness day can end with a relaxing sauna. For smaller groups, there is the possibility to request a private sauna, while the saunas in the swimming hall are for larger groups. The private saunas are available in Mäkelänrinne, Pasila and Vuosaari. The price for a private sauna starts from 110 € / 2h.

ART DIVE (TAIDESUKELLUS)

NEW! Art Dive is a creative experience workshop (2–3 hours) where you can immerse yourself in a rewarding flow state through an engaging art experience. Art Dive is not a dive into water, but a dive into art in a swimming hall setting. Price: 425 € (incl. VAT) for 5 people, additional participants 85 €(incl. VAT) per person. Includes patented UNICanvas™ painting surfaces and all necessary materials.

PT SESSIONS FOR A SMALL GROUP

NEW! PT Boot Camp session, where you receive intense and motivating coaching in a small group led by a Personal Trainer. The sessions can focus on various themes such as endurance, speed, and strength. Functionality, variety, and a relaxed atmosphere are at the core! Different equipment and bodyweight exercises will be used during the sessions. Price: 265 € + VAT.

PLAYFUL COMPETITION

Playing games or engaging in playful activities together is a fun way to relax and enjoy each other's company. Games, activities, and obstacle courses are also great ways to keep the mind sharp. Competitions can be organized indoors or outdoors. We offer ready-made games, or we can customize them to suit your preferences and needs.
