In a family exercise class, children exercise and play together with their parents or grandparents. During the lessons, you will do varied trick tracks using different equipment.
Family sports are organised for 1–2-year-olds and 2–3-year-olds at our Vuosaari Hall.
Price: 68 € / 12 sessions 1 child + adult, 104 € / 12 sessions 2 children + adult
Family exercise is organised at the Vuosaari hall and classes are held in the downstairs sports facility. The child and parents come to the changing rooms of the downstairs sports facility to change their indoor exercise clothes. There is direct access from the dressing room to the sports room.
