Our course offers gym training for young people aged 13–15 who are not yet able to access our gyms independently due to the age limit (the age limit for gyms in Sports Halls is 15 years).
During the course, young people can go to the gym to learn how to use and adjust the equipment, as well as to train with equipment and free weights safely under the guidance of an instructor. Each participant also receives their own basic program for gym training. The course is a nice way to learn how to train in the gym with people of the same age, so it is worth coming along with a friend, for example. The course takes into account the young person’s age-appropriate level of development.
After the course, with the approval of the course instructor and the consent of the parents, the young person has the opportunity to continue independent gym training in our halls.
Courses are organised at the Malmi, Mäkelänrinne and Töölö halls.
Price: 44 € (4 sessions) 60 min or intensive (2 sessions) 120 min
