PILATES (50/60 min)

A class based on body control and pilates. The class focuses on strengthening the core, maintaining posture and spinal mobility. The exercises focus especially on the deep abdominal muscles as well as the pelvic floor and shoulder ring muscles. The movements are done carefully with a focus on body alignment.  

The exercises strengthen the deep muscles of the core and improve the mobility of the spine.

Indoor exercise clothing, sweat towel and water bottle.
