PILATES* (50 OR 60 min)

A class based on body control and Pilates. The class focuses on strengthening the core, maintaining posture and spinal mobility. The exercises focus especially on the deep abdominal muscles as well as the pelvic floor and shoulder ring muscles. Exercise outfit. It is a good idea to bring a sweat towel and water bottle with you, especially during the HOT class. The class is conducted without shoes.
