YIN-YOGA (60/75 min)

A soothing class for the body and mind, where easy asanas are mainly done at floor level using different aids. We stay in asanas for several minutes. Yin yoga is gentle and slow yoga that aims to focus on calming your body and mind. 

The goal is to affect the deepest tissues of the body, such as tendons and joints. During the class, you can let go of all performance and try to relax holistically. 

Warm indoor exercise clothing, a towel and, if needed, a water bottle.
