YOGA (60 min)

Dynamic VinyasaFlow yoga, where the movements are performed in flowing sequences at the pace of breathing and listening to the body. The class consists of body-awakening movement sequences, strength and balance sections, floor asanas and final relaxation. No previous yoga background is required.

Yoga increases body mobility, strength and body control and helps to relax.

Exercise outfit. It is a good idea to bring a sweat towel, water bottle and warm clothes for final relaxation. During the class, you move barefoot.
