CORE & STRETCHING (50 MIN)

A class with versatile exercises that strengthen the core muscles. All exercises are done by using the body’s own weight as resistance. The warm-up includes various rotational and rolling exercises as well as balance exercises. The class ends with calm stretching. 

You will strengthen the core muscles, improve body mobility and decrease muscle tension.

Exercise outfit, a small towel and a water bottle. You can be bare-footed or wear socks or gym shoes.
