IISI (50 min)

A workout consisting of easy steps and muscular exercises to inspiring music. Half an hour is spent moving efficiently with easy steps. In the muscle fitness section, the large muscle groups of the body are engaged with clear basic movements.

During the class, you will do easy-to-adopt exercises, the intensity of which can be adjusted according to your own fitness level. The class develops aerobic fitness and muscular endurance.

Indoor exercise clothing, training shoes, sweat towel and water bottle.
