The class focuses on stretching and strengthening the muscles of the upper and middle body. The body is maintained through various rotations, openings and stretches. The aim of the exercises is to stimulate blood circulation in the upper body and relax tense muscles.

The goal is to relax the neck and shoulder area, increase spinal mobility and strengthen the core.
