THIGHS-ABS-GLUTES (50 min)

Power training for the thighs, abs and glutes. The class starts with a warm-up and waking up the body by stepping. The target muscles are loaded with long series of muscle exercises and large movements to increase the heart rate and use rubber bands to get burning.

The movements strengthen and challenge the lower and middle body thoroughly.
