FITNESS BOXING (60 min)

The class consists of fitness boxing technique exercises and muscle conditioning practices. The class teaches hitting, dodging and moving without physical contact. Includes pair work.

Fitness boxing exercises develop coordination and reaction ability and stretch the neck and shoulder area. Sport-specific muscle conditioning exercises improve muscle tone.

Indoor exercise clothing, training shoes, sweat towel and water bottle. If you wish, you can bring your own boxing gloves.
