GYM * (60 min)

A comfortable and safe way to practice gym training. At the beginning of the class, there is a joint warm-up, after which everyone will move on to the gym to do our own workouts. If necessary, the instructor will guide you in movement technique and give tips for training. The class ends with stretching.

The goal is to develop and maintain muscle strength. With the guidance of an instructor, training is safe.

Indoor exercise clothing, training shoes, sweat towel and water bottle.
