HIIT (30 min)

A high-intensity class that works the whole body, consisting of exercises that increase heart rate and develop muscle tone. The exercises are performed with the help of your own body weight, at your own pace and using assistive equipment.

N.B! The hot version of the class is held at the Mäkelänrinne HOT area, on the pool platform, at a temperature of about +30–32 degrees.

Exercises increase oxygen uptake and accelerates metabolism.

Indoor exercise clothing, training shoes, sweat towel and water bottle.
