KETTLEBELL (50/60 min)

An exercise class consisting of functional movements that strengthen the whole body and increase the heart rate. The weight of the kettlebell is selected and the movement is varied according to the background and condition of the participant.


Functional movements develop strength, coordination, endurance and body control.

Indoor exercise clothing, training shoes, sweat towel and water bottle.
