HYDROSPINNING (30/40 min)

Cycling to the rhythm of music in the water. By changing the pedaling speed and adding hand movements you can make the workout more challenging. Bikes are adjusted and equipment is put on before class, so please arrive at the pool ten minutes before the class starts.

The class develops aerobic fitness. Due to the water resistance, cycling does not strain the joints, so you can concentrate on an effective workout.

Swimwear. Wear a swimming cap or shower cap if you don’t want to wet your hair. If you wet your hair, long hair must be tied up.
