A gym program tailored to your needs is a great support for training, and if you wish, a Personal Trainer will help you achieve the results you need.

The age limit for the gym is 15 years.

Take advantage of the new Gym & Swimming combination card at Mäkelänrinne, that gives you access to swimming and sauna before or after gym training.

GYM 1

A large gym with a highly diverse selection of weight machines, free weights, pulleys, various cardio equipment, and functional tools, as well as a stretching area.

GYM 2

The gym has HUR equipment, which are based on compressed air technology and allows you to train safely. The resistance can be adjusted in increments of 0.1 kg. In January-February, we organize guidance on how to use the equipment. View schedule.

GYM 3

In the downstairs gym (old weightlifting room), training is primarily done with barbell machines, barbells, and dumbbells. The space includes multiple squat racks, a deadlifting area, and a bench press bench. Suitable for strength training.

GROUP EXERCISE: GYM

A comfortable and safe way to practice gym training. At the beginning of the class, there is a joint warm-up, after which everyone will move on to the gym to do our own workouts.
