During the course, swimming technique is refined to be as smooth and effective as possible and the areas of freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke are practiced, combining them into a smooth overall performance. The goal is to maintain and develop swimming skills. In the club, various exercises are done with the help of aids, the pace and distance of swimming are regulated, not forgetting the constant refining of swimming techniques.

Beginner:
The course is intended for adults who have not practiced freestyle stroke before.
The participant should be able to swim at least 200 meters in some style. Teaching takes place in small groups.
Advanced:
The course is intended for swimmers who already master the basics of freestyle stroke and want to improve their technique.

Beginner and advanced course:
Topics covered include correct swimming posture, kicks, breathing technique, body rotation, hand pulls and their rhythm, getting a grip on the water and overall performance.

The breaststroke course teaches breaststroke hand pulls, kicks, breathing techniques and finding a better swimming position. Also suitable for those who are used to swimming breaststroke always with their head on the surface of the water. No previous technique practice required.
The participant should be able to swim at least 100 meters. Teaching takes place in small groups.
